Our Story
Most electric kart companies buy off-the-shelf batteries, bolt them onto generic frames, and call it a product. We do all three in-house.
Dedicated electric kart team. Our core business is commercial electric go-karts. Not converted petrol karts. Not EVs that happen to make karts on the side. Every engineer, every designer, every tester works on one thing: making electric karts that earn money for track operators.
In-house lithium battery technology. Korean EV-grade cells, proprietary BMS, FlashCharge, QuickSwap, patent-pending crash-tested housing. We design, assemble, and test every battery pack ourselves. That means we control runtime, safety, and charging speed at the cell level.
Asia's leading chassis partner. KnK Karts has 25 years building professional kart chassis, exported across Asia and the Middle East. Their steel alloy frames are the foundation every Formula-Zero kart is built on. Nobody else has this partnership.
